Ladd Tower Goes Apartments

Not sure why this came on all of teh sudden. The Ladd Tower was 47% sold out, that just being one month after getting final approval. Due to a lack of quality downtown rentals, this will fill up quick.
There are many new projects in Portland that are staying on (condo) course.
